We trust you and your families are safe and well during these unusual times and thank you for your kind messages of support to the charity.

As a community service to give those of you who have been using this time wisely to clear out your wardrobes, we are now happy to offer a pickup service of any quality

Pre-loved items you wish to donate. For your ease and to ensure the safety of you and our pickup driver we detail below a simple guide to how this service will work.

Clearly Covid-19 has shaken us all in many ways and Ada and Albert has been approached for help due to the distressing social side effects that have occurred for people that are less well off.

Given the above, we thank you for any donations you wish to make and we will keep you posted as to when we’re going to open and serve some of the extremely deserving causes we are able to support through your generosity.

 

Pick Up Service:

If you’d like a pick up service, please click the yellow button and complete the booking form.

Guidelines:

• Please securely bag up your donations and clearly identify them for Ada and Albert. •

• Please leave your donations at your front door or 2 metres away from yourself. •

• As pickups are operating on scheduled slots, we kindly ask you to have your donations ready for our driver at your allocated time. •

• Unfortunately, due to social distancing measures we are only able to collect from ground floor properties. •

 
Drop Off Service:
 
If you would like to drop off any donations at our boutique, we are accepting donations from 11.00am - 3pm Tuesday - Fridays and 10am - 5pm on Saturdays.
